Rattled Employee Handbook

Welcome to the Rattled Concierge team!


We are so excited to have you join us, and make our clients' lives easier.


Here are some guidelines:


Timeliness

The expectation is that you arrive 15 minutes early to a client's home. For example, if the job starts at 9, please arrive at 8:45. You are compensated for this extra 15 minutes. This allows for you to be sure you get through any neighborhood gates successfully, allows for any unexpected traffic, and allows you to gather your thoughts, prepare for the job, and have materials in hand at the front door right at start time.


Uniform

Please wear your provided Rattled t-shirt. Any appropriate and comfortable BLACK bottoms will do-such as leggings, shorts, etc. Comfort is key. Please be sure any shorts are an appropriate length.


Rattled Materials

On or around your first day, you'll be given the following Rattled uniform and materials:

1 Rattled t-shirt

1 vacuum

1 bucket

2 microfiber cloths

1 mop stick

2 mop heads

1 spray bottle

1 squeeze bottle

Please keep these items in working condition and ready for the next job. You'll receive a weekly email asking you if you need any refills/replacements. Please respond to this email and I'll arrange to bring you materials.


Scheduling

You'll receive a weekly email reminding you to update your working calendar. This is your opportunity to block off any dates you are unavailable to work (drs appts, family vacations, school events, etc.) Please make every effort to remain available for your consistent weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly jobs.


Employee Termination

We hope that you stay with Rattled forever, but should you be terminated or choose to leave the company, we ask that you return the Rattled Materials (listed above) within a week's time to the owner. These items are valued at $250. If they are not returned during this time frame, legal action may occur.


Obligations of Non-Disclosure

Confidential Information will remain the exclusive property of Rattled and will only be used by Rattled for the permitted purpose. The employee will not use the Confidential Information for any purpose that might be directly or indirectly detrimental to Rattled or any associated affiliates or subsidiaries.
